Mr. Sweet - YLMS Physical Education
About Me:
I am a product of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District. I attended Morse Elementary, Tuffree Jr. High, and El Dorado High School. I graduated from California State University of Fullerton in 2001 with a degree in Kinesiology (fancy word for the study of human movement). I have a credential to teach both Physical Education and Health. I have a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. I have had the pleasure of working with middle school students since 2002. In addition to teaching physical education, I coach varsity basketball at El Dorado High School and I also coach a variety of youth sports in the community.

Please have a medical advisor fill out this form and return it to your student's Physical Education teacher.
