Welcome to the last week of the school year! This week I have posted an extra credit assignment on Google Classroom. This is OPTIONAL. In addition, there are a couple of OPTIONAL activities that students can do this week. The extra credit assignment along with the optional activities can all be found on Google Classroom. Make sure to keep checking Aeries to make sure that there are no red boxes that indicate missing assignments. These assignments must get done by this week because it is the last week of school.

Bobcats, welcome to our ninth week of online learning!

 

This week we are going to change gears and focus on a new topic: climate change. This week's assignments will be the last ones that are graded and loaded on aeries. Lets finish strong!

For the week of May 18-22, we will be finishing up our 2 week experience with Heredity. We will wrap up this topic on Friday, May 22 with a test on this content. Students may use any of their materials including notes, flashcards, and any assignment that was assigned over the past weeks while they complete this test. This test will focus primarily on the vocabulary of this unit, which can be found on this week's Google Slide Presentation that is located on our Google Classroom page.

For the week of May 11 -15, we will be continuing with our focus on Genetics. Our topic within the Genetics Unit this week will be on Heredity. We will focus our attention on terms like traits, genes and alleles, DNA, and chromosomes.

Welcome to week 5 of online learning! All of the assignments for this week can be found here. Assignments from previous weeks are also included. 

 

Google Classroom will continue to have all of the content for the week. Make sure to log in and locate this week's Google Slide Presentation for daily updates including directions, video directions, and all of the necessary links. 

 

**There will be a Zoom meeting at 12 PM on Thursday 5/7. Here is the info for that meeting. 

 

**There will be a test on the Introduction to Reproduction & Genetics posted on Friday. This is an open-note test. This means that students are allowed to use any of the materials we have utilized for the last 3 weeks while taking the assessment. This includes the notes that have been provided, the flashcards we've completed, and any of the assignments that have been assigned.
