Independent Study PE Information & Application will be available below beginning June 20, 2024, through August 19, 2024

Applications must be submitted by August 19, 2024, @ 12:00pm. NO exceptions.

All students applying must compete at the National level for their sport. Please read the documentation, once linked, carefully for eligibility.

Note: If approved, it is the responsibility of the student to turn in his/her Activity Log & Performance Evaluation forms (Exhibit D & E) 5 days prior to the end of each semester. Retain these forms for the grading periods.
